Track Medications

Apple’s Health app provides the ability to track medications and keep a record of your medication history. It allows you to easily manage and monitor your medications, set reminders for taking them, and keep track of important information related to your prescriptions.

Here’s how you can use the medication tracking feature in the Health app:

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on the “Health Data” tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down and locate the “Health Records” section. Tap on it.
  4. Under “Health Records,” you’ll find various categories. Tap on “Medications.”
  5. On the Medications screen, you’ll see a list of medications you’ve added or imported from various sources, such as your health provider or pharmacy.
  6. To add a new medication manually, tap the “+” sign in the top right corner.
  7. Enter the medication details, including the name, dosage, frequency, start and end dates (if applicable), and any additional notes.
  8. You can also set up reminders for taking the medication by tapping on “Frequency” and choosing the desired option. This will help you stay on track with your medication schedule.
  9. Save the information, and the medication will be added to your list.
  10. To view or edit existing medications, tap on the medication from the list, and you can make changes as needed.

The Health app allows you to have a comprehensive view of your medication history and easily share this information with healthcare providers if necessary. It’s a convenient tool for staying organized and managing your medications effectively.
